Planning your birthday party should be easy. We'll handle the details while you enjoy the fun! Check out all of the fun we can provide with our various party packages below.

The Booking Process:

Birthday parties are available on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 am-1 pm or 3 pm-5 pm.

In order to book, please fill out our REQUEST FORM and email to Tristan Wood at [email protected] 

NOTICE: A minimum of two weeks advance notice and a 50% deposit are required to secure an in-person room for your birthday. Submission of the request form does not guarantee reservation of date or time as these are subject to availability. Cancellations within 14 days of the booking will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Big Bang

The ultimate STEM celebration for up to 35 friends

Non-members $1,500, Members $1,350

Includes:

  • 2-hour STEM Center rental
  • Up to 35 guests
  • Digital invitations

Boost the fun! (add 2 interactive education experiences for $250)

  • Aquarium interaction

Super Nova

Fun & educational for up to 30 friends

Non-members $800, Members 750

Includes:

  • 2-hour STEM Center rental

**Both packages include 30-minute set up and tables and chairs. Catering and decorations are not provided. A staff member will accompany your group for each experience. ​

 

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

  1. Can we bring in our own food and drinks? Décor?

    - Yes! You are welcome to bring your own food or have it delivered. All beverages must be non-alcoholic. Decorations are not provided; however, you may bring your own décor and set it up during your allotted setup time.

  2. There are things within the package that I’d like to add/remove. Is this possible?

    - We’re happy to discuss customize options to better fit your plans. Please email [email protected] to get started!

  3. What time can we arrive for the party?

    - We allow the party parents access to the party area about 30 minutes prior to the start time while the birthday team puts the finishing touches together.

  4. Do my guests have to leave once the party is over?

    - Not at all! While the reserved party space is only available during your scheduled time, admission included with the party is valid for the entire day. Guests are welcome to arrive up to one hour before the party and stay until closing.

  5. Are balloons included with the decorations?

    - We do not provide balloons due to environmental considerations. You are welcome to bring them, but they must be secured at all times and cannot contain confetti, glitter, or similar materials.
