Greeting from the Stiles-Nicholson STEM Teacher Academy (SNSTA) at FAU Schools!

Led by nationally recognized STEM specialists and industry leaders, along with the SNSTA collaborators, we offer educators hands-on professional development. Our Professional Learning Series workshops are aligned to curriculum standards so that teachers can share what they learned with their hundreds of students. STEM is not a curriculum- It is not another ingredient in the academic kitchen - it is the recipe for helping learners apply their knowledge & skills, collaborate with their peers, and understand the relevance of what they are learning. Teachers do make a difference in student achievement— and it can be impactful!

The Cox Science Center and Aquarium invites our community teachers for an exciting professional development day of STEM education and exploration. The School District of Palm Beach County and community STEM organizations host interactive STEM workshops and vendor booths covering a variety of STEM programming.
