FIRST LEGO League Robotics Team

Join us for our FIRST LEGO League Robotics Team! 

Using curriculum developed by the internationally known FIRST LEGO League program, participants will plan, build, code, and test a robot, using LEGO robotics tools. They will compete during a series challenges in FIRST LEGO League's Robot Game. This season's theme, BIOGLOW^TM, will challenge teams to explore the vibrancy of the world’s ecosystems. Participants will develop an Innovation Project that will highlight new ways technology can help us solve ecological problems.

This program will consist of weekly sessions where participants will work on the Robot Game and Innovation Project, including competitive weekend events where they will collaborate and compete with other FLL teams. 

Cost: One time $75 fee per participant

Who can join: 4th-8th grade students (ages 9-14)

When: Monday evenings starting September 14, 2026 - February 2027

Time: 5 pm - 7 pm

Where: STEM Building directly across the street from the Science Center. 4800 Dreher Trail North, West Palm Beach, FL 33405 *subject to change*

Try-outs: 

• To register for the Tech Titans (ages 9–10): August 31, 5pm -7:30pm - click here.
• To register for the Tech Dragons (ages 11–14): September 1, 5pm - 7:30pm - click here.

There is no cost to try out. Registration does not guarantee a spot on our teams as spaces are limited. Participants demonstrating enthusiasm for robotics, teamwork, and competition will be considered for a spot on a team.​
